We are made up of these blueprints of life.

We come from water

Earth is our body

Fire is our life-force

Aiir is our breath 

When we are feeling stuck, unbalanced in any area of our life one of these elements is either over activated, blocked or leaking. Which means an area, aspect of our life is also affected.

Too much emotional turmoil in your waters and you end up losing your ground. 

Too  little fire and you won’t have enough energy to light up your projects and life.

Too much air and you end up in your head and consumed by thoughts. 

Too rooted and there is not enough space for the connection to the divine.

I think you get the idea…

We will take you on an elemental journey with sound, voice, meditation, breath and movement that will allow for the elements to re-align within your body, in your energy field and therefore in your life. 

Prepare to embody the forces of creation.

We will open up the space with sacred cacao as a helper to drop us deeper into our bodies followed by you laying down and receiving the sound experience in your unique way . 

This is not your typical sound bath, this is an EMBODIED experience. 

Prepare to awaken to your self and rebalance your inner elements in the way that your body wants to do it. 

Through the journey your body might feel the urge to make sounds, to move or to breath deeply, which all can be an expression of the balancing that will be created during this journey. .

När vi känner oss stagnerade och obalanserade i någon del av vårt liv så är något av dessa element antingen över aktiverat, blockerat eller läckande. Eftersom vår kropp består av elementen blir även vårt liv eller delar av vårt liv påverkade när det inte är i balans. 

Vatten i obalans leder till emotionellt kaos vilket kan få dig att tappa din grund.

Eld i obalans ger dig underskott av energi och du har inte tillräcklig ork för att ta tag i projekt och livets utmaningar. 

Luft i obalans och du är konsumerad av dina tankar och sinnets spel. 

Jord i obalans ger inget utrymme för den gudomliga energin att vara med dig.

Under denna kväll kommer vi ta dig på en resa genom de fyra elementen genom ljud, sång, meditation, andetagen och rörelse. Vi öppnar upp en plats för elementen att flöda och balanseras inom dig, i ditt energifält och ditt liv. Förbered dig att förkroppsliga elementens kraft som finns inom dig. 

Vi kommer öppna upp denna heliga kväll med ceremoniell cacao som en vägledare för dig att landa in djupare i din kropp och varande. Du kommer sedan få lägga dig ned på yogamattan och ta emot denna ljudresa på ditt unika sätt. 

Detta är inte ett klassiskt ljudbad. Detta är en förkroppsligad upplevelse.

En upplevelse där du väcker dig själv och balanserar dina inre element på det sätt som din kropp behöver göra . Under ljudresan kanske din kropp känner ett behov av att göra ljud, röra sig eller andas djupt som ett uttryck för att skapa balansen inom dig.

About the spaceholders: 

Fiorella Garibaldi was born in Peru, raised in Miami and currently living in sweden. She is passionate about awakening the fire within. She helps people connect to their bodies and feel alive. 

Daniel Suurna is born and raised in Sweden, with over 26 years as a therapist helping people get out of pain. His biggest gift is his ability to read energy from people’s bodies and facilitate healing as a result. 

Together we are MUNAY MEDICINE. (Love medicine). We share our gifts and practices in Sacred Spaces where our beloved ceremonial cacao is always assisting us, rooting us and guiding us into a deeper embodiment. 

We weave cacao, breathwork, somatics, sound and intuitive energy work in all our spaces.

Joline and Eric are intuitive energy workers who dedicate themselves to the healing power of sounds. Their journey began in South America 2018 where they sat with native shamans in the Amazon jungle. They have explored different paths in healing, recovery therapy, mindfulness and are weaving all their knowledge and work into their own wisdom and truth. They hold sacred spaces for groups in ceremonies where sound and cacao is a part of the medicine to help people find their way back home to themselves. Their main values are presence and love which is felt in all the spaces they create together.
